The Demon applies Woe to the Defeated to a random raid member in the Aspect of Defense. Whenever the effect carrier takes damage, their allies will also take a small amount of damage. The higher the level of the effect, the greater the damage.
If your guild already has this ability, this item will reimburse 25% of its cost.If your guild already has this ability, this item will reimburse 100% of its cost.
Guild item. Can be transferred only to guild members.
Will disappear if you leave the guild.
