Us Orcs need to get with the times. Once you build yourself the perfect body, you can enter tons of contests you know! You get to go on the stage of a big stadium and receive ovation after ovation. Your body is illuminated by torches and you pose, flex your muscles like this, and like this, and then everyone loves you! That's my dream!

I still have a lot of work before I can do something like that, but perseverance is something the great Nezeb taught us. Or was it patience? You don't remember by any chance? Well, it doesn't matter. Anyway, I have a problem with my barbells. I don't use the standard versions - they're way too light. Instead, I figured out a way to use slabs of concrete. The only problem with the slabs is that they crumble pretty quickly.

Run to the construction site in northern Izune and bring me six slabs. Here, take this potion - use it quickly 'cause it's illegal to possess this stuff. It'll increase your strength by a ton so they'll feel as light as a feather!

Don't even think about using the potion for anything else! If I find out that you've abused your powers, you'll feel the wrath of the Izune Orcs!
