Cold winds are still blowing over Isa... Frost's malice disturbs the dead. I'm talking about those who were not destined to board a stone boat! They can rise as the Draugar, bringing the deadly cold further - to everyone who is still warm and breathing...
Their bones still lie on the Path of the Forgotten in a dark, cold gorge. Go there and burn their bones!
