Kill ten sleep-disturbing Ghouls.

When are we supposed to live? When are we supposed to live, {username}? Up to my ears in work...
There is another problem - these vile ghouls won't let me sleep, howling all night long... Could you chase them away? I came up with a good plan: to gather the police from all over the city, surround them and pick them off one by one... I need to go to the mayor, but there is no time - there is still a lot to think about.
