I've seen many bizarre things during my patrols. But some of the strangest had two legs! They look kind of like people, but they're very odd - empty eyes and frothing mouths. I don't know if they're mutants and whether or not they have to be destroyed...

Can you go and have a look at them, just in case? Ugh, this is the last thing I need! They shuffled off somewhere to the northeast, and I doubt they went very far.
