Crystal Prison

The owner of the mystic shell encases themselves, an ally, or enemy into a crystal for 3 seconds. In the crystal, the target takes 99% less damage, but they cannot move and use abilities.
The owner and allies in the crystal will also be healed for 15% of their missing health, and enemies will take XX Fire damage.
One player cannot be trapped in a crystal more than once every 3 minutes.
Damage dealt is not modified by effects that reduce or increase damage dealt by the character.
Consumes 15 energy charges. If there are not enough charges, it automatically consumes Mana Batteries.
