Thunderstrike Mk.2

After 3 seconds of aiming, a powerful thunderbolt strikes the target, stunning them for 6 seconds.
If the target is mounted, all damage is redirected to the mount. No stun effect will apply to the target, but the character will dismount and become unable to summon the mount again for the next 10 minutes.
Veil of Speed or Energy Shields do not protect from the lightning strike.
Range is 50 yards.
2 minute cooldown, even when Thunderstrike misses.
Thunderstrike Mk.2 is consumed after use. Can only be used against other players.
