Provocative Shot

The Scout draws their enemy's attention with a shot, forcing them to attack them for 5 seconds.
If the target is an enemy character, they will deal 50% less damage to all targets except the Scout. If you take damage equal to 20% of your maximum health, this effect will be immediately removed.
If the ability is used against enemy characters, its cooldown will be increased to 30 seconds.
