The Bard applies Nocturne to party members within 40 yards for 0.5 seconds, allowing them to deal an extra XX Astral damage.
It also applies the effect of the last used support ability for 0.5 seconds and for another 0.5 seconds for each unlocked rank of the corresponding ability.
The ability must be used within 20 seconds after the Bard uses any support ability.
When applied, Nocturne replaces other similar effects.
