Heavy Doubt

Race ability (Sage)
The enemy's mind is consumed by doubt; it slows them and all enemies within 6 yards down for 3 seconds until they stop completely. Deals XX damage 6 times while the effect lasts.
When the effect ends, the target and all enemies within 6 yards will take YY damage and will be disoriented for 2 seconds.
If the slowdown effect was dispelled ahead of time, the targets will not take damage or be disoriented.
