You establish absolute control over an area with a range of 6 yards for 4 seconds.
All enemies in the area of effect take XX damage every second.
If an enemy casts a class ability inside the area, they'll take YY damage and will be knocked back 20 yards. Works only once per enemy while the effect is active.
