Beam of Fire

A stream of fire afflicts the target with the Burn effect, decreasing healing effects by 10% per each stack of the effect. The effect can reach five stacks, lasts two seconds and is renewed every second while Beam of Fire is active.
Beam of Fire also inflicts damage every second. This damage grows by 1% of the hit points of the Overlord's Aegis per each stack of the Burn effect on the target.
40 yard range. 20 second maximum duration. Consumes 5 charges.
