Looks like the camp was attacked suddenly. The hunters had scarcely realized what was going on before they were literally torn to shreds! There's blood and signs of struggle everywhere...

Indeed, though they were taken by surprise, the demon hunters sold their lives dearly! They died like heroes.

And yet, oddly enough Alexey Borodin is not among the disfigured bodies! Could it be that the battle-hardened veteran has managed to survive and is hiding somewhere on the island?

Too late... Dead! They're dead, you hear me?! All my friends are dead! Killed by those goddamn draconids! We were attacked at night while we were asleep! Can you imagine? A horde of toothy beasts bursts from the darkness, shouting some crap about the Master's betrayal and death to all his servants... They simply overwhelmed us.

I'm the only one who managed to draw a weapon and slay a couple of those bastards. Then I was forced back and down to the shore, where I sustained a few wounds. I had no option but to flee. What a disgrace...

I should have stayed with them... With my hunter friends... Till the last drop of blood... I was right to never have trusted those beasts!
