Goal
Activate the Red Rag by the cave that the deserters are hiding in near the Imperial camp for the Gallant Family.

Introduction
Our scouts report that reinforcements have arrived at the Imperial camp. And guess what kind of battalion they are? A penal battalion! Hah!
Half of the group fled the camp before the new troops even settled into the barracks. Now that's what I call loyalty and dedication!
The defectors have since holed up like rats in a series of caves not far from the Imperial camp. We got this idea to sic them against one another even more. We found a rare artifact called a "Red Rag." Yes, it's from the Wasteland... So, not a word to the Inquisitor! Go and activate it by the caves where the escaped soldiers are hiding. Let them all destroy each other, while we watch and laugh!
