The First Signature

It's curious that Wrokag wants to see Skulnar right now. A coincidence? An accident? Hm. Well, this how we're going to do this.

Skulnar was sent to Lab Thirteen, a project that is under my personal guidance. It could be said that this is the most important scientific project in the Empire.

Only the most trusted and most discreet have access to information about this project. And I'll be honest with you - you do have a good reputation. Your list of achievements is quite impressive. I'm willing to give the highest level of access, but not straight away.

This decision has to be a joint one. I'm not a dictator after all. You need to get permission from the highest Imperial officials, which of course they will only do if they trust you completely.

First you should meet Rysina, the head of the City Council. Then you need to talk to Negus Kheket, the Head Scientist of the Arisen. Finally you should meet with Wrokag. There's one I'm sure will sign your pass. Here's the clearance list. The next time I see you, there must be three signatures on it or you won't be able to go.
