Obtain permission to visit Tensess Temple from Historian Nomarkh Taltal and report back to Kirill Sechin.

It's good that you're here. I've got a very important job for you.
Nefer Ur, the Great Mage of the Arisen and the leader of the ZIT, wishes to visit Tensess Temple. Now, according to our current agreement with the Historians, access to Tensess Temple is strictly controlled by them. That means we'll need to obtain a proper permission from their leaders. That's where you come in!
One of the Historians, an archeologist named Nomarkh Taltal, is currently conducting research at the Miktlan Ruins in the northeast part of Asee-Teph. I'm sure the archeologist would appreciate a helping hand. Your mission is to gain his favor and obtain the permission.
And don't delay! It has come to our attention that the League has also submitted a request to access the Temple on behalf of one of their paladin's, Voisvet Belov. I'm certain that Nefer Ur would very much prefer to be the first one in, so get going!

I remember speaking with Vissarion Arhivin, the Historians' representative. As soon as he started outlining the peculiarities of June architecture, I went and dozed right off! It's real torture socializing with those researchers, but somehow you managed to cozy up to them!
I only hope they didn't torment you too much with their stupid lectures! Hoho! Aye, Nefer Ur will be pleased.
