I noticed that messages between the Master and the Architect travel back and forth by courier. He's always got a thick folder of papers, maps, diagrams, and construction orders. I'd sure like to get my hands on that folder! And those Tep cultists, who interfered in the Cradle's construction at the worst possible time, they can help us find these papers.

The courier's death is likely to arouse suspicion. But if his murderer resembles one of Tep's cultists, then Tep will take all the blame instead of us. Go to the Frozen Peak, find a cultist mantle, mask, and raincoat. Then kill the courier.
