The creatures that you must defeat to gain their Sign are: Viletongue, Misthoof, Takunda, Ethereal Cutthroat, Mogo, Goblin Barbarian, Guk the Primitive, Runeclaw, Redtooth the Unyielding. You can easily recognize these creatures by their names or by crown symbols above their heads.
