Ancient Logs

We desperately need your help! It's impossible to work in these conditions. The spirits of ancient sailors are everywhere. I can't sleep at night - there's shouting, swearing, clunking of empty rum bottles. And just to make it crazier, every midnight from that ship over there a spirit shouts "Island ahead! Island!"

But that isn't the biggest problem. These spirits are aggressive, and they're not allowing us near the ships. Thankfully we haven't had many conflicts yet. After all we are scientists, not warriors, and we keep our distance. But now all our work has come to a dead halt.

I'm sure that we're the first expedition to come to this region, which means this area is still full of artifacts. Search those spirits for anything useful that they have. They won't be needing them anymore. I just know that the Sentinels won't leave Imperial scientists without help, right?

Hmm... the pages are all stuck together with salt. And they're hard as a rock! There's no way I can read this. I guess I'll have to come up with a new plan.

In any case, thank you for your help. The Empire can rest peacefully, secure in the knowledge that it's protected by brave Sentinels!
