Jinn responds to a call and surrounds the summoner with a Sheltering Aura for 60 seconds. The aura protects the carrier and everyone within 8 yards of them from Wrath of Ifrits, tornados, squalls, and the heat.
The effect disappears if the carrier dies or enters a Shelter.
Cannot be used inside a Shelter.
