When a Speck is activated:
- Offensive abilities deal an extra XX damage.
- Healing abilities restore YY points of the target's health per second for 6 seconds.
- Increases your current Proficiency by 5% for 5 seconds.
A Speck of Light can be triggered 10 to 20 seconds into the fight or after the previous Speck of Light is destroyed.
Does not get destroyed after activation.
Not consumed after use.
