Three stacks of this effect improve your healing by 5% for one minute. Reduces the cooldown of Gallop and increases the bonus to speed granted by this ability to 30%. Allows you to use the Gallop ability. You can use it only when mounted. Mounts and assault shell are summoned 20% faster. Can be applied to the Tactical Advantage and Quick Activation abilities.
