It looks like a tangible piece of flame. 20 fragments can be combined into the Combustible Crystal which can be sold for 250 rubles. It will also unlock the Flame Incarnate achievement and the Incarnation of Flame toy.
Can be obtained on Jigran by killing creatures with a crown symbol over their head.
Can be sold to merchants for 10 rubles.
Please note that you cannot have more than 10,600 Rubles at a time. Rubles above this sum obtained by converting crystals will be lost.
