Objective
Purchase a Rune Welder and use it to combine 2 Runes in your bag, then report to Marina Propagandina.

Remove the activated Rune and put it into your bag. Open the Boutique and purchase Crystal Chips using the coupon. Right-click on the Rune Welder and select a Rune that you wish to combine.

Story
Runes can be upgraded! You can combine two identical Runes into a more powerful one.
You will need a Rune Welder, Gold Dust, and Crystal Chips. I've rewarded you with the Crystal Chips, Gold Dust, and two Runes of your Patron for our second lesson.
Use your Rune Welder to fuse the two Runes together to create a more powerful one. Don't forget that you can change the amount of consumed Crystal Chips and Gold Dust.
