He says he knows the ancient legends about the Orc, who can use magic. It's kind of what he sees now.
He sent me here on a mission. His subjects need some discipline... but I don't know where to begin. They're all super unruly, fighting and killing each other all the time. That's why I'm still hanging around. And there are these circus magicians. They're giving me a headache.
