Preferably ones that will not be damaged by the poisonous blood of local creatures - it instantly corrodes any steel blade. I wondered if anything could be done about it, and realized that we need to use the tools at hand. Let me explain. Regular lake Hydras have recently mutated into Triheads, fire-breathing monsters with flame running through their veins.
With it, you can temper ordinary blades by charging them with magic. Just immerse them in Trihead blood.
