Kill Nighthowl for Ilona Svetlova.
Introduction
This turned out to be a terrible spot for a camp... The entire night we were forced to listen to a high-pitched howl. Over and over again... It really makes your skin crawl. We even dubbed whoever's doing it Nighthowl.
When dawn broke, I decided to seek out the source of that terrible cry. And do you know what I found? A skeleton! Just standing there, howling at top of its lungs, like he's tormented by something. I kind of doubt that a skeleton like that can have any sort of emotional anguish... Still, if you can help rid us of it, we'd be extremely grateful.

There's that howl again! Or... maybe the howl is just ringing in my ears?
