The draconids are definitely using their magic to turn the unborn lizardmen into baby draconids... The lizardmen won't be able to handle this sort of threat alone. The longer these violations go unhindered, the fewer lizardmen and the more draconids there will be.
You remember Kromus mentioning the Demon Hunters. He wanted to ask them for help. Perhaps you should find the nearest Demon Hunter and inquire about an alliance.
