A Promise to the Historians

It would be great if you'd agree to help us Historians. Here on Coba Plateau many people only think about profit and those terrible Dark Artifacts. I'm desperate to find someone who'll explore the ancient Zem ruins without a hefty reward.

One more thing - I've recently heard some strange rumors about a quarrel between the Historians and the League and the Empire. I have no idea what they're talking about so don't bother asking me for information.

Now, before we begin our work together I want you to make me a promise. Swear that you will search for the truth, and that you will take this task as seriously as your obligations to the Empire. I don't want to waste time with a partner that leaves in the middle of a job. Well, what do you say?
