Ice and Jeeg... I think I heard that name from one talkative elf who likes to dig around ruins and debris.
Did our grave worm enthusiast mean the lab on Ferris? If so, I guess I know what had happened there. Sihal and Negus Jeeg were loyal Tep's followers. Sihal created a weapon out of a Seal Shard, which somehow fell into the cultists' hands, and then passed it to Negus Jeeg, who had infiltrated the ranks of Imperial scientists. If it really was the Seal of Order, then it's no wonder it brought the dormant Architect to life. We know what happened next.
If Jeeg hid the Shard from Tep, it must still be in the lab! You'll have to search the place!
