Don’t panic, of course we can beat that Nothing and banish it from our world. We need to call on the force of Creation itself. The Aoidos is still alive because she’s a descendant of Sarn and the Architect, and this means her body is filled with it. But she’s still mortal, so we need to make sure that Nothing never breaks out of her body. What? Do we need to keep her alive?
Oh, you’re asking for too much... Alright. I saw that gibberling guy strolling around, Froddy was his name, I believe. For some reason he had a sprout of the Great Tree hanging in a vial around his neck.
The tree is capable of resisting the Astral, and there’s a reason for that. It contains a great force - it can feed on anything and grow infinitely... Which makes it kind of similar to that poison. I bet that sprout can devour the darkness inside the Aoidos. You just need to persuade the gibberling to give up that sprout.
