Here's the deal. The Master's servants recently built something on the docks. Lots of astral ships were coming and going, carrying heavy cargo and equipment. What I've heard is that they are planning to install generators and other machinery in the astral near the Citadel. Unfortunately, that's all I was able to learn. Those runty little hooded creeps prefer to keep their lips sealed... But they seem to trust you!

You're on good terms with the Master and his minions, and I'd bet a plugged nickel against all the diamonds in the world that they'll invite you to see their construction. Don't hesitate to accept! Do all of the Master's bidding, and look, listen, and remember. Return to me as soon as you've figured out what the Master is doing.

What?? Nihaz got you helping him on the construction of a new allod? That's unbelievable... Do you understand how valuable this information is? Any Great Mage would give his right arm for information about the principles of constructing new islands!

All right, let's have some details. I'll write it all down and then send a letter to our mutual employer...
