The tailless outlanders have told us about their Patrons. Their power helps the Enlightened heal their wounds and fight their enemies. You will see for yourself.
The ritual is simple, but you will need some Luminescent Dust for it. There are plenty of annoying Will-o'-the-Wisps outside the camp, from which you can obtain that dust. Once you finished, meet me by the totem on the coast. Hurry up!
