Creatures of the Night

A scout of ours has recently returned from the Amber Coast. He reports that mutant gargoyles are collecting the Astral amber. Initially, I thought he was confused, but after hearing your story of the events in Darkwater, I must take a closer look at his report. The sculptor of the House de Doucer from Darkwater used the same amber in the Creation Ritual!

I don't like this one bit. Go to the shore and kill fifteen of those mutant gargoyles. Yes, we must act in the dark, literally, but what other choice do we have? There must be some link between these creatures, the Astral amber, and the mysterious enemy that's hiding in the darkness.

A good job merits a reward. Take these clothes, they'll come in handy later.

However, we must not rest on our laurels. We must find out where these mutants are coming from! My scouts are already working on this and I hope to get news from them soon.
