You bind yourself to an ally for 6 seconds. While this effect is active, you lose 10% of your health every second, and the ally's health is restored by 10%.
The effect will end if the distance between the Summoner and the target exceeds 40 yards; if your the Summoner's health drops below 10%; if the Summoner or the target dies.
