A Stumpy Uprising

Those stumpies need to get what's coming to them! South of here, up in the mountains, is a mountainfolk settlement. Not too long ago, we were out mining for meteorite in that area and we had a few run-ins with the shorties.

Our engineers later informed us that there was no ore to be had, so we put an end to the fighting and entered into a truce with the mountainfolk. We promptly forgot about their very existence.

We recently remembered them quite suddenly when a whole throng of them suddenly decided to attack the mine! We fought them off, of course, but the little bastards need to be taught a lesson!

Kill a dozen or so of them... and don't forget their leader, Barlas the Shortlegged! Show them what they get for messing with us! We can't deal with this distraction while we have the demons to neutralize.

You did it! Hmm, I wonder why those mountainfolk starting acting up in the first place? To be honest, I'd rather avoid any further conflicts with them.

They're not great fighters, but they know every inch of these mountains by heart and they're pretty good at setting traps. I've already lost three of my best Orc mercenaries in these mountains!
