The Breeding Grounds of Darkness

Now let me get to the point. We discovered strange steles at the Western Frontier. No doubt they are connected to the darkness that has straddled Tenebra. One of the masters of House de Doucer who was lucky to come back alive from there described them thus:

"These magical steles seem to emanate darkness themselves. Anyone who comes under their influence changes literally within seconds, becoming the very twilight creatures of darkness that attacked us.

The steles are guarded by "vampires", as they are now called. Without a doubt, we are dealing with some kind of new, unknown magic and these steles are part of that magic."

So there we have it. We've decided to destroy these steles. Will you do it? I'll give you four magic bombs. These weapons are dangerous, so handle them with care. Set a bomb next to each stele, and don't even think of standing near - they could blow your head clean off!

Hmm, trouble? I know the steles are well guarded but they must be destroyed at any price!
