We know there's a cultist sect in our very own capital, but we haven't been able to trace them yet.

One of their most important artifacts is a sacrificial knife, and it was recently stolen from them by one of our agents. My suggestion is to spread a rumor that you stole it. They'll hear that rumor and come looking for you immediately!

First we'll need to post a flyer about the theft on the bulletin board and describe a suspect that matches your description... This will make the claim look more legitimate.

Then you'll need to pay a visit to Foma Upryamov, our resident trafficker, and offer to let him buy the stolen artifact from you. The cultists keep in touch with the trafficker, so they'll hear about this news right away. Return to me when you're done.
