Good news from Novograd!

There are many deserters in the nearby woods, but not all of them are cowards or traitors. Soldiers get tired in long, drawn out wars like this one. What's so good about running wild in the woods, turning to the life of a bandit? Shouldn't he finish his tour of service and come back to his family?

This horrible war is the problem! It makes everyone's lives miserable. But leadership is finally coming around. An amnesty decree has been issued. Many deserters are now realizing that they were wrong and are sorry. And we're sure that there are lots of them! Please take this copy of the amnesty decree and read it to any League deserters you run into while in the forest. Let them rejoin the forces!
