A Trip to Siveria

Because of you, all of Lightwood has become more peaceful lately. If only we had more people like you this world would be a much better place. Oh well, there's no point in daydreaming! We still have a lot to do and we can't waste time on trifles.

I have just received a dispatch from Siveria from Vlad Strezhnev, commander of the League Defenders at the Molotovka merchants' trading post. He's asking for help. I'm placing you at his disposal - I'm sure he will find a good use for your abilities.

Siveria is a wild and harsh country to the north of Lightwood. We've only just begun to conquer it - we are literally biting into the ice and snow and making alliances with local tribes. We have sent out a major expedition under Ermolai Sotnikov... although we haven't heard from them in a long time. There's plenty of work, I'm sure you'll find something to do.

All petitions must be answered by the deadline! So don't bother me.

We have lots of work that needs to be done... Lots of new arrivals in Molotovka and they all need to have their papers done, and, would you believe it, they are the ones calling us lazy-bones and grafters. It is a thankless job, but someone has to do it. And on top of that, the aboriginals have revolted a few days ago!

How are we supposed to handle all this?
