Go to Coldberg and report to Sigurd the Swindler.
Introduction
I recently received a message from one of the merchants in Coldberg. Apparently they need our help in order to make a critically important shipment to the Empire.
Travel there as soon as possible and get the situation under control. To get to Coldberg you must take a ship that leaves from Takalik Harbor in Eljune. It's on the northern coast - you shouldn't be able to miss it. Good luck.
