Curse of Silence

The Beast spawns three runes around itself, applying negative effect to all raid members in the Aspect of Healing. For the duration of the effect, healers can continue to heal their allies only when they are inside these runes. The runes deal damage over time to raid members standing on them.
If your guild already has this ability, this item will reimburse 25% of its cost.If your guild already has this ability, this item will reimburse 100% of its cost.
Guild item. Can be transferred only to guild members.
Will disappear if you leave the guild.
