The Beast applies Fading Light to all raid members for 8 seconds, reducing incoming healing by 80%. If they receive any healing, the carrier will have Fractured Armor applied to them. The effect increases incoming damage by 30% until the end of the fight.

Will disappear if you leave the guild.
