Demonic Shackles

The Demon puts one of the raid members in the Aspect of Healing in a cage for 6 seconds, keeping them from moving and using abilities. The effect can be dispelled, but all raid members within 15 yards of the target will be knocked back and take significant damage as a result.
If your guild already has this ability, this item will reimburse 25% of its cost.If your guild already has this ability, this item will reimburse 100% of its cost.
Guild item. Can be transferred only to guild members.
Will disappear if you leave the guild.
