Collect 10 Chain Links and ask Herbert de Vevre to help you craft a Trap Chain. Catch a Strange Cougar with the Chain Trap and bring it to Vincent Trickov at the Eastern Terminal.

All this resembles the Leper that once spread on Umoir. I really doubt that echidnas are the only animals who were affected by the mutation. We need another object for the study, preferably a bigger and a more interesting one... And this time it has to be alive!
