Obtain a focusing lens from the old turrets in the Sanitation Zone and bring it to Gerard de Desirae.

I've inspected the device that Grigory gave me. He may be a good mechanic, though he is not too bright. I noticed the cracked lens right away - we use the same principle in some of our instruments.
To get this device to work, we need to replace the lens. I would search the turrets in the Sanitation Zone in the first place.
