When Tornado ends, it applies the Dancing Flashes effect to the main target (stacks up to 2 times).
When you deal Lightning damage to that target with Emerald Glow, Ugly Cloud, or Thunder and Lightning, they lose one level of the effect and take an extra {V01} Lightning damage.
Aspect of Support
If Merciless Storm has been learned, Tornado will also apply Dancing Flashes to all monsters within yards when it ends.
Emerald Glow will remove all levels of the effect from monsters within yards
