The effects of identical artifacts do not stack (regardless of the rank).
Killers' Artifact. Works only in skirmishes and combats.
Great Mage Oberon, the penultimate King of the Elves from the Velund dynasty, voluntarily renounced the throne, believing that his task was to defend Irene from his enemies.
