Storm Module Required level: 4 The assault shell's owner accelerates, becoming immune to slowing effects. They keep moving for 3 seconds without stopping. At the start, the owner gains a barrier equal to 20% of their maximum health. It is increased by 10% for every second in motion - up to 40% max. The barrier lasts 10 seconds and will be refreshed once the acceleration ends. If the shell's owner runs into enemies, they deal XX damage to all enemies within 3 yards and knocks them down, instantly gaining a barrier equal to 40% of their maximum health for 10 seconds. Damage dealt is not modified by effects that reduce or increase damage dealt by the character. Consumes 15 energy charges. If there are not enough charges, it automatically consumes Mana Batteries. Can be traded for 100 Design Packs or 100 Memory Modules. Can be obtained from the Adaptive Shell Module or by converting the Reaper Mystic Shell.
