Complete the Urgent Evacuation quest: survive at any cost to tell the story.

I'm afraid it's too late, Stormbringer. The signal is quite old, and the ship was never found. There's no one to rescue.
But we have the Observatory and can disrupt the flow of time that led to that unfortunate event. Change the past and save the Infinity.
